What to do if you can't login:

  1. You can only log-in using the e-mail address you typed when you registered with us.
    If you've since changed your e-mail address, you will still need to enter your old one in order to log in with us.
    If you know your password, are you typing the wrong e-mail address by mistake?
  2. Use the forgotten password button
    Type your e-mail into the box at the top and click the "Forgotten Password" button. Your password will be e-mailed to you at that address.
  3. Contact us
    Phone or e-mail us using our contact page, we can reset your password or registered e-mail address.
  4. Note:
    We've found that a number of people are having login issues when using the default Microsoft Internet Explorer (the blue 'e') to view the website. Because large numbers of viruses attack and damage Internet Explorer due to its security flaws, you may find that you will be able to log in unencumbered by downloading and using Mozilla Firefox; a free and secure alternative to the blue 'e'.

And remember! Even PHD's in astrophysics type their passwords wrong!
